Who we are

Our associate team are all qualified and experienced youth workers who have worked directly with children and young people and have held senior management positions prior to working with us.   This knowledge and understanding enables us to work effectively with young people, youth workers, teams and senior managers to help you identify need, create workable solutions and develop and train the workforce to improve performance and outcomes for children and young people.

What we do

Our focus is to develop and support organisations to provide good quality services for young people.  We provide:

  • workforce training and development including accredited youth work qualifications;
  • we have extensive national experience of developing and embedding Quality Assurance models to improve practice and performance,
  • we provide organisational management development and strategic support.

Who we work with

Atkin Associates has worked with local authorities, Government departments and Third Sector organisations since 2002 to improve services for young people in England and Wales.

Louise is known in the youth work field as an expert professional who has many years’ experience of leading nationally on outcomes for young people and Best Practice.  We have drawn on this expertise and been able to improve both our business acumen and outcomes for young people with her support and guidance.
