Our associate team are all qualified and experienced youth workers who have worked directly with children and young people and have held senior management positions prior to working with us. This knowledge and understanding enables us to work effectively with young people, youth workers, teams and senior managers to help you identify need, create workable solutions and develop and train the workforce to improve performance and outcomes for children and young people.

Louise is known in the youth work field as an expert professional who has many years’ experience of leading nationally on outcomes for young people and Best Practice.
